P: medium+ intensity with spicy savoury tartness from high acid and dusty tannin mouthfeel. Bright blue spectrum fruits with dried cranberries and herbs, there’s a a hint of liquorice on the finish. Complex wine that makes you take sip after sip and sniff after sniff.
A pinot with sweet core of fruit but with savoury juicy palate.
